today john was absent so we took notes on costume design,and the general design process.it made me think alot about design, and what i want to do. im now debating some possible light design.as a stage manager today, i set up the classroom as our set,and made sure all the actors who were called were present and ready, and called john when he was absent. then i deconstructed the "set" we set up.

today i took part in our discussion,and took my notes.i set up the set and was ready for rehearsal and writing blocking.i made sure the actors were all prepared and knew where they were going.
