Monday's Post- crisis averted

So continuing with Pseudolus, we finally have a plan in place for getting Rosy. Pseudolus decides to trick the messenger of the marshal who is buying Rosy. By using the letter he got from the messenger, he plans to give it to the pimp, then the pimp will give him Rosy. He also plans to use Charinus's slave in order to trick the pimp.

Maybe it's because the Romans were really good with commercializing plays, but I really like reading this one. Pseudolus has these great moments with the audience, like totally disregarding the 4th wall, but I feel like he might be the only character that has done that so far? He also has huge soliloquies with the audience, and then has little lines like "this play is for the audience, they were here already, so I will tell you what happened later" I find those moments hilarious.

So today was crisis averted day. The rock star project was supposed to happen today, but due to complications with illnesses and people not being prepared, it was thankfully cancelled. So instead we had our free period, in which I cleared the stage, and made sure everything was in order for Rock Star Project on Thursday. I also got to have a talk with crystal today, and my mind is exploding from the work I have to do for my play. I love it, and i feel really invested in the story, but I'm never sure how to change it or expand on it. I have had the same 5-6 pages for almost all of my drafts and just changed the ending each time. I just want to make this play as best as it can be because its the first time I've really liked one of my plays.
